As the website designer for Chef Gersh's new site, I decided to try his Shabbat To Go meals. I was having a lot of company with little time to cook.  The meals were fresh, delicious, and plentiful.  My company loved his food.  Right on the label with a picture of the food was the heating and serving instructions.  This is unheard of in takeout food.
